Independent. Resourceful. Welcoming.
Everyone needs a crew.
Feed The Crew connects people with opportunities, resources and established programs that can help them improve their lives.
Help people use the information they find.
FTC is building a free nationwide resource and opportunity platform for all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Its initial regional directory is centered on San Diego, alongside checked national starting points. We organize public information into useful pathways, explain requirements in plain language, and point you to the official next step.
Clear about our role.
FTC is an independent community resource project with its own identity, mission and direction. FTC does not claim registered nonprofit or tax-exempt status.
Providers in the directory are independent organizations. Listing them does not mean FTC operates, funds or formally partners with them. FTC cannot approve applications, guarantee jobs or arrange services.
A permanent platform, with temporary projects.
The resource website is FTC’s core ongoing activity. Future collaborations may support outreach, education and time-limited community projects using existing provider expertise and facilities. FTC will consider independent services only after need, costs and operational readiness justify them.

Built for access.
No membership or payment is required. You can browse without disclosing personal circumstances. Guided routes use the category, area, cost and access options you choose.
How we check information.
The directory preserves 30 regional listings and includes six national starting points checked on October 28, 2026. Geographic coverage is recorded separately from online or in-person access. A review date means information was checked, not that a place, appointment or benefit is available. Unknown costs and document requirements are marked. Some sources restrict automated access; those limitations appear in the downloadable data.
Starting small, learning honestly.
This national platform is In Development. A planned 20-person usability comparison will test whether guidance helps people identify a suitable next step. Financial ROI and social impact are not yet validated. Local coverage outside the initial market is incomplete. Planned regional expansion does not imply available services or direct FTC operations.
